Mayson joined the team in May 2025 and is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Pat Summitt Foundation’s daily functions, contributing to its overall effectiveness and impact.

A graduate of Wofford College, she earned her bachelor’s degree in English and had the privilege of playing for the Women’s Soccer program while earning her degree. Before joining the Foundation, Mayson began her career as the Director of Alumni Relations at Tennessee Wesleyan University, where she focused on strengthening alumni engagement and advancing athletic fundraising initiatives. She later served as a Customer Service Representative at Athens Insurance, providing client support and helping individuals safeguard their assets. Most recently, Mayson held the role of Assistant Project Manager at Titan Associates Group, Inc., where she played a key role in coordinating and facilitating projects nationwide.

Her early childhood is filled with memories of driving up I-75 to watch Coach Summitt and the Lady Vols. Though basketball was never her gift, she is honored to be able to be on Coach Summitt’s team now as the Foundation works to advance Pat’s vision and mission.
