A focused approach to Alzheimer’s philanthropy, education, and awareness

We know we’re stronger when we work together. The concept of “TEAM” was everything in Pat’s world. Since its opening in 2017, the Pat Summitt Clinic at the University of Tennessee Medical Center  has provided care for over 6,000 patients from 25 states.

Pat led by example, rooted in a commitment and desire to always do the right thing. She wanted to make a difference in fighting the disease by specifically focusing on caregivers. Today, Pat’s Gameplan™ aspires to become a key player addressing their unique needs, and those of their families. This web-based program reflects a $1.35 million investment and will evolve into credentialed training for care providers.

Of course, PSF’s work is also committed to a cure. We offer a comprehensive philanthropic approach that awards grant funding for research and other non-profit organizations committed to winning the fight against Alzheimer’s Disease.
